RHYS CLEMSON

"Back in the early days of the UFC, I was watching Royce Gracie compete and although he was so small, he was always taking on bigger guys. But, his techniques were dominating and he was just dominating the sport. My enjoyment and passion for Jiu Jitsu just started from there.

It took me a little bit to get into it, to finally get the courage to come over to Keystone and start training, but I'm definitely loving it, and now I'm getting better and better."

ELISE SMITH

"Jiu Jitsu has helped me with my confidence and my self-defense. It's unreal just to be a woman and to know that I have these skills, if anything was to happen.

Jiu Jitsu has actually helped me with all my other life skills as well, just by giving me that inner confidence in myself."

KANE MCMATH

"I started martial arts because I was bullied in primary school, but as I got older, I got interested in different things and moved to a lot of different martial arts, and that's when I found Jiu Jitsu in 2008. I've loved it ever since.

What keeps me focused on it is that it changed my mindset and helped me with my day-to-day life. I've competed, but I want to end up doing it for fun, and doing it because I love it."

CAITLIN LANGLEY

"I chose Jiu Jitsu because it's really practical, and the culture of the martial art is great. It's really given me the confidence as a woman to feel like I have control if I was in one of those situations that would be compromising for me. It's made me feel better-equipped to handle a situation, should it arise."
