There are multiple Crossfit gyms, karate clubs, and football & netball clubs in Wagga Wagga, but there's only one Jiu Jitsu school: Keystone Jiu Jitsu. Keystone coach Hunter Ford mixes theoretical teaching with hands-on practice, enabling students to grasp the mental strategies and execute the physical techniques with confidence. Private sessions allow individual students to get training tailored to their skills and abilities, whilst group classes provide the opportunity for students to test and grow their skills with each other.
